- My name is Alan Paller and my company is called-VideoGems; a full service video production company located in Montgomery County, PA. Although Videogems was started in 1992, I have been recording events all my life. I still have my Bauer Super 8 camera that I made my first movie with when I was 9 years old. By the time I was 15, I owned a reel to reel Concord Videotape machine and I videotaped my high school's performance of 'Fiddler on the Roof' that year. I am also a graduate of the University of the Arts. For me, music and video flow seamlessly together and if you watch my video demos, you will see how most of them are 'music driven'. Film-making has alway been a passion with me and I think that passion filters into my wedding and event videos. I also have a background in photography and totally understand the use and properties of light. I feel that I am a story teller as well as the final witness to your event and the more moving the video is----the more memorable it becomes thereby becoming a treasured keepsake.
